lentil/ brown rice pilaf w/ meat (a little over a 1/2c.)
1/4c. lentils has 9g fiber, 8g protein, 0g sugar and 70 calories!)

carb/ sugar control yogurt
apple

dinner
2 little (think sliced) breakfast steaks
grits w/ butter
green beans

snack
cereal bar
peach
